Tracy frowned, looking back and forth between the two men as she placed her purse on the counter. "You told him?"

"I didn't have to." Justin gave her a kiss and left, going out to the gallery. He didn't envy his sister the conversation she was about to have with Lucas.

After leaving Tracy and his best friend, Justin

occupied himself with making phone calls to the artists he'd approached about participating in the gallery's grand opening. It didn't take long before he had a few of the local artists lined up, agreeing to attend and to provide new pieces to feature in the gala. He'd discussed the different timeframes necessary to pull together the celebration with Tracy and decided to schedule it in a couple of months.

Two months to get the catering, wines, artists, music, advertising, and security in place for the opening. The gala promised to keep him quite busy.
